From Wellington:
From State Highway 1 turn right at the Paremata roundabout. Continue 5km on State Highway 58 to the Pauatahanui roundabout and turn left. Continue through the Pauatahanui Village onto Paekakariki Hill Road. The Lodge at the Inlet is 1.8km from the village on your right.

From the north:
From State Highway 1, turn left onto Grays Road at Plimmerton. Continue 5km to a T intersection. Turn left onto Paekakariki Hill Road. The Lodge at the Inlet is 1km on your right.
